Are you a real organiser with a hospitable attitude? For an international production company in the Best region, we are looking for a Front Office Employee for 12 to 16 hours per week. In this varied part-time role, you are the first point of contact for visitors and customers, and you also support the helpdesk with administrative tasks. You receive a salary between € 18,96 and € 22,03 gross per hour, work in a team of 5 colleagues and join a varied role that combines customer contact, administration and front office work.
Your tasks include:
Answering and handling incoming phone calls and emails
Welcoming and directing visitors
Carrying out administrative tasks for various departments
Taking and processing orders and reports
Registering complaints and comments
Keeping customer data up to date and processing changes
