As Motor Vehicle Claims Handler you are the point of contact for customers with damage claims, and you give them the best possible service. You assess claims and handle them further by liaising between the customer, car companies and insurers. Besides a challenging job of 36 to 40 hours, this employer offers you a salary of € 2.900,- to € 3.800,- gross per month. On top of that, there is the opportunity to take training and courses, 29 vacation days and, if you work full-time, the option to work from home.
In a team of four colleagues you will carry out the following tasks:
Receiving damage claims
Recovering damage costs
Answering customer questions
Managing and following up on ongoing files
Requesting damage information
Point of contact for car companies and insurers
Determining damage repair rates

You are: strong in administration, customer-focused and a real team player. In addition:
Experience in a similar role; experience with CCS Level 7 is a plus
Holder of Wft Basis and Wft Schade Particulier (or willing to obtain them)
Good command of the Dutch language
