As a Recruitment Consultant Intern at APS you are a full member of the team. You learn how we recruit and guide candidates, fill vacancies and stay in touch with clients. You get a thorough onboarding programme and intensive guidance from experienced colleagues. As you learn more, you get more and more responsibility.
At APS we don't do a standard internship allowance. Because you are a full member of the team, you receive a base salary. At the same time, your studies remain important. You get all the room and guidance you need for school assignments, learning goals and school return days.
We are looking for an intern who is curious, dares to take initiative and enjoys working with people. You don't need to know the profession yet. Your internship is exactly the chance to discover where your talents lie and which parts of recruitment, sales and client contact suit you.
Your tasks include:
Recruiting, approaching and guiding candidates during the application process
Attending introductory interviews and, when you are ready, handling more and more parts yourself
Supporting colleagues with vacancies, candidate presentations, administration and client contact
Learning to write vacancy texts and messages for candidates and social media
Taking part in the daily work of the commercial team and working on your school assignments and learning goals
What we ask
You are curious, involved and not afraid to ask questions. You enjoy working together, are open to feedback and want to learn to do more and more yourself.
You are following a relevant MBO or HBO programme, for example in HRM, business economics, business administration or legal and administrative services
You communicate easily in Dutch and enjoy contact with candidates, clients and colleagues
You are looking for a hands-on internship in which you take initiative and want to build up responsibility
