Do you have several years of experience in technical maintenance and are you ready for a role where you do less hands-on work and more organising? As Technical Services Coordinator you keep an overview of the maintenance of buildings, installations and machines. You plan work and inspections, liaise with external mechanics and installers and take on smaller technical jobs yourself. That way you stay close to the technology, but get much more responsibility and freedom in your work. For this role you receive a salary between € 3.800,- and € 4.400,- gross per month, 27 vacation days and 13 ADV days.
What will you do as Technical Services Coordinator?
Coordinating and monitoring technical and facility maintenance
Planning and following up on inspections, certifications and maintenance work
Directing and maintaining contacts with external maintenance companies and installers
Spotting technical bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
Supporting technical investment and improvement projects
Carrying out or supervising small technical maintenance and repair jobs
Ensuring safety, quality and compliance with laws and regulations

What we ask
MBO+/HBO working and thinking level, preferably in a technical field
At least 5 years of experience in technical maintenance, service or a comparable technical role
Independent, proactive and strong at organising

Gross monthly salary between € 3.800,- and € 4.400,-, depending on experience

Working hours from 08:00 to 16:45
