About the job
As a Technical Project Manager, you are the driving force behind technical development projects. From the first conversations with the customer to the handover to production, you make sure everything comes together: technology, planning, budget and collaboration. You manage several projects at the same time and work closely with specialists in electronics, software and mechanics. What makes this role special is the variety. You do not work within a single product group, but on a wide range of technical solutions for customers in different markets!

What will you do?
Managing 3 to 4 multidisciplinary development projects at the same time, from customer request to production
You are the first point of contact for customers and translate their wishes into a feasible project plan
Monitoring planning, budget, quality and progress throughout the entire development process
Leading teams of Software, Electronics and Mechanical Engineers and making sure everyone is heading in the same direction
Identifying risks, solving bottlenecks and making decisions that keep projects moving
You work closely with the System Architect to align technical choices, lead times and costs
Presenting project status during reviews and ensuring a smooth handover to production
Contributing to quotes and feasibility studies for new customer requests

What we ask
A completed HBO or WO (university) degree in a technical field
Experience as a Technical Project Manager, Project Manager or similar role in product development or an electrical engineering environment
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English and the ability to connect technology, customer interests and project goals
What we offer
A salary between € 4.500,- and € 7.000,- gross per month, depending on knowledge, education and experience
A full-time position with working hours between 07:00 and 17:00
