About the job
Are you strong in customer contact, do you keep track of order processes and do you get energy from an international webshop environment? In this versatile role you make sure private customers all over Europe receive the best possible service. You process orders, monitor deliveries, advise customers on products and are an important link between customers, logistics and the webshop. You also actively contribute ideas for improving daily processes. You work 40 hours per week and can count on a salary between € 3.000,- and € 3.600,- gross per month, depending on your experience.
What will you do?
Processing, checking and following up webshop orders for private customers in Europe
Ensuring correct shipping, invoicing and payment handling
Answering customer questions by email and phone
Advising customers on products, models and sizing
Supporting the webshop and contributing ideas for process improvements
Working with international colleagues and internal departments

What we ask
You have experience in customer service, order processing or e-commerce
Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages; German is a plus!
You have an affinity with sports and put the customer experience first
What we offer
A suitable salary between € 3.000,- and € 3.600,- gross per month, depending on age and experience
A full-time role of 40 hours per week
Working hours from 08:30 to 17:00
