You will receive a gross monthly salary of € 3.500,- up to € 4.900,-.
Your responsibilities as Teamleader Operations:
Motivate and inspire your team to achieve production targets
Monitor output and make timely adjustments to meet daily goals
Oversee daily departmental operations and report to management
Strategically manage resources: personnel, machinery, and materials
Provide coaching and development through training and performance review
You will have the opportunity to build your own team and take part in job interviews
Ensure high standards of quality and lead improvement initiatives

Wat vragen we?
Minimum 4+ years of experience in a leadership role in a manufacturing environment
Education at mbo+ level in Technical or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent by experience)
Strong leadership abilities: inspire, guide, and manage a team effectively

As a Teamleader Operations, you’ll start with a gross monthly salary of € 3.500,- up to € 4.900,- which includes:
Two-shift schedule: 06:00 to 14:15 and 14:15 to 23:00
From day one, you’ll benefit from excellent secondary employment benefits, including:
The employer contributes 17,09% of the pensionable salary to the employee’s pension scheme, starting from the age of 18
A travel expense reimbursement of € 0,25 per kilometer applies
Overtime compensated at 125%
Holiday leave: 27 days per year based on full-time employment

Personal protective equipment, including safety shoes, a lab coat, and a private locker
