Are you a Senior Team Leader who looks beyond today's operation? In this role you are responsible for not only leading a technical team, but also preparing it for tomorrow. You lead a team of about 20 Engineers in a high-tech service environment. Products from the field, from complex machines to industrial applications, come back here for analysis, repair and improvement. You make sure your team does not just fix problems, but above all looks ahead. For this role you receive a full-time salary of up to € 7,000 gross and you join a fast-growing, international high-tech environment.
What will you do?
You split your day smartly: in the morning you focus on the operation, in the afternoon on improvement and development.
Leading and coaching a technical team (±20 FTE)
Daily coordination with Engineers, Planners and other departments
Removing obstacles and keeping the work flowing
Analysing processes and making them smarter and more efficient
Thinking along on new service concepts (such as refurbishment and onsite support)
Building a mature, future-proof service organisation

What we ask
At least 5 years of experience as a manager in a technical or production environment
A strong affinity with technology and a feel for people
Decisiveness and business insight: you make choices that are right both technically and economically
What we offer
A salary of up to € 7,000 gross per month, depending on your experience
A start with a one-year contract, with the intention to continue permanently afterwards
25 holiday days and 8% holiday allowance
