As Sustainability Account Manager you make sure sustainable education projects keep growing across the Netherlands. You build new partnerships with municipalities, companies and social organisations, so that more and more pupils get to know circularity, waste reduction and sustainability in a practical way. You are responsible for the commercial growth of the organisation. You focus on building new relationships, creating commercial opportunities and achieving lasting partnerships. In this new role you get a lot of room to work independently and directly influence the organisation's commercial direction. No hard-sell culture or quick sales pitches, but genuine conversations, long-term partnerships and a product you can fully stand behind. You work 32 hours per week with the option of hybrid working. You also get a freshly prepared vegetarian/vegan lunch every day and a salary between €3,600 and €4,500 gross per month.
What will you do?
Approaching potential clients and developing new partnerships
Expanding the customer base and strengthening existing relationships
Spotting and following up commercial opportunities in the market
Holding conversations with prospects and clients
Preparing and following up quotes and commercial agreements
Steering marketing and communication activities from a commercial perspective
Shaping the organisation's further commercial growth together with the owner
Visiting trade fairs, conferences and networking events

What we offer
A job for 32 hours per week
Flexible working hours
A salary between €3,600 and €4,500 gross per month on a full-time basis

About the employer
This social organisation is committed to involving young people in sustainability. Through educational campaigns, thousands of pupils learn every year about saving energy and using raw materials consciously, in a playful and impactful way. Here they develop several successful projects that combine education with local action. Think of collecting old electronics, repairing textiles, saving energy or improving water use. They work closely with municipalities and schools. The team consists of 15 people and works from a creative location in the Eindhoven region. What connects them is a shared passion for social impact and the ability to organise and inspire.
