About the job
Are you a planner who gets energy from a busy pace, quick switching and solving last-minute challenges? In this role you manage the daily schedule of 11 service engineers and you are the hub between customers, suppliers and engineers. You make sure engineers have the right information and parts, and keep customers informed about the schedule and any changes. A breakdown, an urgent request or a delayed delivery can suddenly change the day. That is exactly when you make the difference. You keep an overview, set the right priorities and make sure customers, engineers and suppliers know what is going on and what the next step is. You need to keep an overview when several things demand attention at once and understand what effect a change has on the rest of the schedule. You work closely with the owner and are given responsibility within the organisation. The salary is between € 3,000 and € 3,600 gross per month, and you receive 25 holiday days and 13 ADV days (extra days off) on a full-time basis.
