As a Senior HR Business Partner you join a dynamic production environment where sustainability, innovation and entrepreneurship are central. With your HR expertise you are an important sparring partner for the board, management and employees, and you actively contribute to the growth and further professionalisation of the organisation. In return there is a gross salary between € 6,000 and € 6,500 per month including 8% holiday allowance, plus 38 days off, an attractive pension scheme, a bonus and the option to work 32 or 40 hours per week.
Your tasks include:
Advising management and team leaders on a wide range of HR matters
Supporting organisational developments, change processes and staffing issues
Supporting the intake, progression, development and exit of employees
Taking part in management meetings and contributing to organisational goals
Preparing for and taking part in consultations with the works council
Analysing HR data and KPIs and turning them into improvement actions
Maintaining contact with external parties such as occupational health services and recruitment partners
Actively contributing to the further professionalisation of HR within the organisation

What we ask
Higher professional education (HBO) level of work and thinking, preferably in HRM
At least 10 years of experience in an advisory HR role in a complex organisational environment
Good command of Dutch and English
What we offer
You can count on:
A salary between € 6,000 and € 6,500 gross per month including 8% holiday allowance, based on 40 hours
Option to work 32 to 40 hours per week
Directly on a contract with the client
38 days off: 25 holiday days and 13 ATV days (extra days off)
Travel allowance of € 0.25 per kilometre
A pension scheme with an employer contribution of 16.58%
Year-end bonus with a permanent contract
