Do you like being the point of contact for customers and keeping processes running smoothly? In this varied role you combine customer contact, order processing and administrative work in an international high-tech working environment. As a Sales Support Employee, you make sure customers are helped quickly and professionally. You oversee the order process from A to Z and support various commercial tasks. For this full-time job (40 hours) you receive a salary between € 3,200 and € 3,600 gross per month, in line with your experience and skills.
What will you do?
Processing and following up customer orders
Being the first point of contact for customer questions and requests
Keeping track of delivery times, contracts and agreements
Supporting quotation requests
Processing and maintaining customer data
Spotting points for improvement in processes

What we ask
You have experience in customer service, sales support or a similar office-based role
You speak both Dutch and English well
You work accurately and feel at home in an administrative, customer-focused role
What we offer
