As a Recruitment Trainee at APS Personeelservices, you learn how to successfully connect candidates, vacancies and clients. You get responsibility from day one and discover how recruitment, labour market knowledge and sales come together in one role.
In this role you have a lot of contact with candidates, clients and colleagues. You hold interviews, write vacancies, search for suitable candidates and guide them through the application process. No two days are the same. You learn the recruitment trade in practice, within an organisation that puts personal development, teamwork and results first. For this job you receive a salary between € 2,600 and € 3,000 gross per month.
As a Recruitment Trainee, you will be busy with:
Holding job interviews
Recruiting candidates and matching them with suitable vacancies
Writing your own vacancy and presentation texts
Keeping in touch (by phone) with your own candidates
Handling the administration around recruitment and selection
Building and managing your own client base
Together with your colleagues you work at the nicest family business in the region. This role offers plenty of room for your own input and personal growth.
