Do you like working with your hands and want to learn a trade? As a Production Worker in the Spray Shop & Final Assembly, you help produce custom-made wooden interior doors. You sand, prepare, spray and assemble doors within a small team of 6 colleagues in Brabant. You get a lot of freedom and learn the trade in practice from a permanent colleague. Depending on your experience and age, you earn between € 2,600 and € 3,050 gross per month based on 37.5 hours per week. You also get 32 holiday days, an excellent pension scheme and the choice of a 4- or 5-day working week.
Your tasks as Production Worker Spray Shop & Final Assembly:
Spraying wooden interior doors, supporting the colleague who is the sprayer
Sanding and preparing doors
Hanging and taking down doors during the production process
Finishing doors with hinges and hardware
Checking the quality of the doors produced and getting them ready for delivery

About the employer
You will work for a financially stable producer of wooden interior doors. About 20 people work at the company and craftsmanship is central. The products are made to measure and finished in a modern production environment with an extensive machine park and spray shop. The atmosphere is informal and approachable. Colleagues work closely together, lines are short and management is easy to approach. Honesty, communication and responsibility play an important role in the organisation. This job exists because the team is expanding at a financially stable company where some colleagues have worked for more than 15 years.
