As a Plumber you love good craftsmanship, independence and results you can see straight away. In this job you work on complete bathroom renovations for private customers in the Eindhoven region. No new-build, no large building sites and no emergency call-outs, but high-quality custom projects where quality comes first. You join a close-knit team of skilled people, made up of Plumbers, Tilers and Electricians who work closely together on complete bathroom projects. The atmosphere is informal, colleagues look out for each other and many employees have worked here for 20 to 30 years. You work with your own company van and modern tools on projects in the region, so travel time is 30 minutes at most. Depending on your experience, you can expect a salary between € 3,500 and € 4,500 gross per month. You also get 25 holiday days, 13 ADV days (extra days off) and the option to work 32 to 40 hours per week.
Installing, adjusting and finishing drainage, water pipes and connections in bathrooms
Fitting and finishing sanitary ware
Working together with fellow Tilers and Electricians on the same project
Daily contact with private customers while you work
Reading and following technical installation drawings and product manuals
Discussing the progress and execution of projects with colleagues

What we ask
Experience as a plumber in renovation, sanitary or bathroom projects
Holding a category B driving licence
Good command of the Dutch language
Presentable and a good communicator when dealing with private customers

About the employer
Our client is active in the upper segment of the bathroom and sanitary industry and focuses entirely on private customers. From the showroom in the Eindhoven region, they guide customers through high-quality bathroom projects that are fully tailor-made. With a team of about 15 colleagues, they handle the whole process, from advice and sales to renovation. The organisation has a family culture, short lines of communication and close teamwork. Fitters work independently or together on projects at customers' homes and often end the week with a drink together at the office. As a Plumber you want to work here for custom bathrooms and personal contact with the customer where you are working, not large projects and business clients. Together with a stable team of 4 Plumbers, 6 Tilers and an Electrician, you do great work!
