Are you a natural leader with experience in a production environment? As an Operations Team Leader you get to lead a team of around 30 employees in a modern, fast-growing production environment. You are responsible for achieving operational targets, optimising processes and encouraging continuous improvement on the shop floor. For your work you receive a gross monthly salary between € 3.500,- and € 4.900,- on a full-time basis.
As an Operations Team Leader you are responsible for:
Motivating and inspiring your team to achieve production targets
Monitoring output and adjusting in time to meet daily goals
Day-to-day management of the department and reporting to management
Strategically deploying resources, including staff, machines and materials
Coaching and developing employees through training and performance reviews
Helping build your own team and taking part in job interviews
Ensuring high quality standards and starting improvement projects
Working according to the principles of the 5S method.

What we ask
At least 4 years of experience in a leadership role in a production environment
A vocational (mbo+) qualification in Technology, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, or comparable through experience
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate, guide and lead a team

As an Operations Team Leader you can count on a gross monthly salary of € 3.500,- to € 4.900,-. We also offer:
Working a 2-shift system (06:00 - 14:15 and 14:15 - 23:00)
A pension scheme in which the employer contributes 17.09% of the pensionable salary
Travel allowance of € 0.25 per kilometre
Overtime pay at 125%
27 holiday days per year based on full-time employment
8% holiday allowance
