As a Motor Vehicle Claims Handler you are the point of contact for customers with claims, and you give them excellent service. You assess claims and handle them further by liaising between the customer, car companies and insurers. Besides a challenging job of 36 to 40 hours, this employer offers a salary of € 2,900 to € 3,800 gross per month. You also get the chance to follow training and courses, 29 holiday days and, if you work full-time, the option to work from home.
In the team of four colleagues you will carry out the following tasks:
Taking in claims
Recovering claims from the liable party
Answering customer questions
Managing and following up ongoing files
Requesting claim information
Point of contact for car companies and insurers
Determining damage repair rates

What we ask
You are: strong in administration, customer-focused and a real team player. In addition:
Experience in a similar role and experience with CCS Level 7 is a plus
Holding Wft basic and Wft non-life private (or willing to obtain these)
Good command of the Dutch language
