Do you have a technical education and want to learn the metal trade in practice? As a Metalworking Production Operator you join a small, craft metalworking company near Nuenen. You help assemble, weld, machine and finish metal products. Experience with all the tasks is not needed; what matters more is that you are motivated, like working with your hands and want to keep developing. For your effort and sense of responsibility you receive a salary between €2,600 and €3,200 gross per month, depending on age and experience.
What will you do as a Metalworking Production Operator?
Assembling and welding metal products
Sawing parts to size
Drilling and punching components
Deburring and neatly finishing products
Checking dimensions and quality standards
Fitting and assembling parts into the end product

Experience in metalworking or a technical education

What we offer
A job for 38 hours per week on day shift
A salary between €2,600 and €3,200 gross per month
Working hours from 07:30 to 16:30 and until 14:15 on Fridays!
Overtime paid at 135%
Terms of employment according to the Metal and Technology collective agreement (cao)

Prospect of a permanent position if you do well

Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometre, from 10 km

About the employer
You will work at a small metalworking company in Nuenen with a team of nine colleagues. The company makes metal parts and custom products through sheet metal and welding work. The organisation is easy to oversee, so lines are short and colleagues know each other well. There is an informal work atmosphere where teamwork, reliability and a good work ethic matter.
