Getting a high-tech production organisation ready for its next growth phase. That is your challenge as Manufacturing Manager. You take responsibility for three production environments within a high-tech manufacturing organisation in the Brainport region. You lead around 100 employees through four Production Managers and play a key role in the further development of the organisation.
Strong growth is expected in the coming years. That calls for someone who not only safeguards daily performance, but also has experience with Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing and Change Management. In return you get a salary of € 5.500,- to € 8.500,- gross per month and plenty of freedom to arrange your working hours flexibly within a production organisation that is active between 07:00 and 00:00.
Key activities:
Overall responsibility for the performance of the production organisation, consisting of Electronics Manufacturing, System Assembly and Injection Moulding
Directly managing four Production Managers and being part of the Operations MT (management team)
Making sure quality, delivery reliability, efficiency and capacity grow with the expected revenue growth
Initiating and implementing Lean and improvement programmes
Bridging the gap between strategy and execution on the shop floor
Being visibly present in the factory and building support for a new way of working
Working closely with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering and Warehouse

What we ask
Your qualifications:
Experience as a Manufacturing Manager, Operations Manager, Plant Manager or a similar role in a technical production environment
Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence and change projects
Experience leading multiple teams through managers and building support for change on the shop floor
What we offer
Salary between € 5.500,- and € 8.500,- gross per month, strongly depending on knowledge, education and experience
A full-time job with working hours between 07:00 and 00:00, where you adjust your hours flexibly to the planning and needs
Working on a range of high-tech projects in electronics, software and mechanics
Directly employed by the client company, with a 12-month contract

You will work at an innovative high-tech organisation in the Eindhoven region, specialised in the development and production of advanced electronic systems.
