Are you technically skilled and do you get energy from organising, coordinating and improving maintenance and facility processes? We are looking for a Maintenance & Technical Services Coordinator for an innovative technical organisation in the Helmond region. In this varied role you are responsible for the technical and facility management of buildings, installations, machines and company assets. You make sure maintenance work is carried out on time, monitor the progress of inspections and checks, and stay in touch with external parties. You also spot opportunities for improvement and actively contribute to a safe and efficient working environment. For this full-time job you receive a gross monthly salary between € 3.800,- and € 4.400,- per month, plus 27 holiday days and 13 ADV days (extra days off).
What will you do?
Coordinating and monitoring technical and facility maintenance
Planning and following up inspections, checks and maintenance work
Managing and keeping in touch with external maintenance companies and installers
Spotting technical bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
Supporting technical investment and improvement projects
Carrying out or supervising small technical maintenance and repair jobs
Overseeing safety, quality and compliance with laws and regulations

What we ask
Vocational (mbo+) or higher professional (hbo) level way of working and thinking, preferably in a technical field
At least 5 years of experience in technical maintenance, service or a similar technical role
Independent, proactive and strong at organising
What we offer
Full-time job of 40 hours per week
Gross monthly salary between € 3.800,- and € 4.400,- depending on experience
27 holiday days and 13 ADV days (extra days off)
Working hours from 08:00 to 16:45

About the employer
This employer is an international technical organisation based in the Helmond region. They produce and develop a wide range of technical constructions.
