Do you get excited about leading a close-knit warehouse team day to day and keeping logistics processes running smoothly? Then this role as Logistics Lead Hand is the challenge for you! You are the point of contact for your colleagues in the warehouse and actively help out in the operation. You keep an overview at all times, spot bottlenecks and adjust where needed. You work closely with the inbound and outbound teams and liaise daily with logistics administration. The salary is between €3,000 and €4,440 gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience.
Main tasks:
Operationally leading and working alongside the inbound and outbound warehouse team (5 to 10 colleagues)
Monitoring planning, progress and quality of logistics processes
Spotting and solving bottlenecks and continuously improving processes
Correctly processing logistics administration in the WMS
Liaising with the logistics administration, stock management and planning departments
Covering for the Warehouse Team Leader when absent
Taking part in team meetings

Mbo level of work and thinking, preferably a completed logistics education
Good command of Dutch and English
Experience with WMS systems

Gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €4,440 depending on knowledge and experience
A job for 40 hours per week
Salary paid weekly or every 4 weeks
Day shift hours, which can be arranged flexibly in consultation between 7:00 and 18:00
