As a Junior Recruiter at APS Personeelservices you work in a hands-on, commercial role built around contact, teamwork and getting things done. Every day you recruit and talk to candidates and make sure they get the right match. You join a close team where stories are shared daily, where people laugh at each other's corny jokes and where you can always give your honest opinion. You are strong in execution, keep an overview and think along in the daily work. As a Junior Recruiter you get the chance to grow into the role of Recruitment Consultant, where you are responsible for managing vacancies and client relationships. This is a full-time job with a salary between € 2.600,- and € 3.000,- gross per month, 28 holiday days and plenty of fun outings.
As a Junior Recruiter you will be working on:
Holding interviews with candidates
Actively recruiting and approaching candidates
Guiding candidates throughout the process
Recording and maintaining the recruitment administration
Consulting with colleagues about ongoing matters
Thinking along with experienced colleagues about clients and joining client visits
Thinking along about the approach and progress of the work
