As a Technical Project Manager you are the driving force behind technical development projects. From the first conversations with the customer to the handover to production, you make sure everything comes together: technology, planning, budget and collaboration. You lead several projects at the same time and work closely with specialists in electronics, software and mechanics. What makes this job special is the variety. In this growing R&D environment you get a lot of freedom, direct influence on the end result and the chance to work on a great diversity of innovative products. You can expect a salary between € 4,500 and € 7,000 gross per month and plenty of development opportunities.
What will you do?
Guiding 3 to 4 multidisciplinary development projects at the same time, from customer request to production
You are the first point of contact for customers and turn their wishes into a feasible project plan
Monitoring planning, budget, quality and progress throughout the whole development process
Leading teams of Software, Electronics and Mechanical Engineers and making sure everyone is heading the same way
Spotting risks, solving bottlenecks and making decisions that keep projects moving
You work closely with the System Architect to align technical choices, lead times and costs
Presenting the project status in reviews and ensuring a smooth handover to production
Contributing to quotes and feasibility studies for new customer requests

What we ask
A completed hbo or university degree in a technical field
Experience as a Technical Project Manager, Project Manager or similar role in product development or an electrical engineering environment
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English and the ability to connect technology, customer interests and project goals
What we offer
Salary between € 4,500 and € 7,000 gross per month, depending on knowledge, education and experience
A full-time job with working hours between 07:00 and 17:00
Working on a wide range of high-tech projects in electronics, software and mechanics
Directly employed by the client, with a 12-month contract
