Do you have basic knowledge of IT hardware or electronics and want to grow into a specialist in a unique field? Then this role is for you. As a Hardware Tester you run tests on IT equipment such as laptops, phones, printers and monitors. You learn how specialist TEMPEST tests are carried out to ensure the security and reliability of IT hardware. You join a team of experienced colleagues who coach you internally until you can test products independently. The organisation is known for short communication lines, an open culture and plenty of attention for development. The salary for this role is between €2,700 and €3,300 gross per month. This is a long-term job for 32 to 40 hours per week. You also receive a good travel allowance of €0.25 per km and a year-end bonus.
What will you do as a Hardware IT Tester?
Carrying out assigned TEMPEST test activities according to set test plans
Interpreting and recording test results
Safeguarding the accuracy and reliability of test outcomes
Spotting deviations and anomalies during test activities
Preparing reports on tests carried out and results
Working according to set procedures and quality systems
Thinking along on improvements to test methods, processes and the test facility
This role is interesting for a technically minded person who likes working with IT hardware and wants to develop in a specialist field. What we ask
Mbo 4 level of work and thinking, preferably in Electronics, RF engineering or similar
Basic knowledge of IT components and/or electronics
Good command of Dutch and English, spoken and written

You will work in the Eindhoven region for an organisation that converts IT hardware for defence and government bodies, among others.
