Are you a Senior Team Leader who looks beyond today's operation? In this role you are responsible not only for leading a technical team, but also for preparing it for tomorrow. You will lead two teams of approximately 80 Technicians and two Shift Leaders. For this role you receive a full-time salary of up to € 6.000,- gross per month and join a fast-growing, international high-tech environment.
What will you do?
You divide your day wisely: in the morning you focus on the operation, in the afternoon on improvement and development.
Lead and coach a technical team and 2 Shift Leaders (±80 FTE)
Liaise daily with Technicians, Planners and other departments
Remove obstacles and keep the work flowing
Analyse processes and make them smarter and more efficient
Build a mature, future-proof service organisation

What we ask
At least 5 years of experience as a manager in a technical or production environment
A strong affinity with technology and a feel for people
Decisiveness and business insight: you make choices that make sense both technically and economically
What we offer
A salary of up to € 6.000,- gross per month, depending on your experience
A start with a one-year contract, with the intention to continue on a permanent basis afterwards
27 holiday days, 13 ADV days (working time reduction days) and 8% holiday allowance
