Even if you are retired but would like to stay active and enjoy being around people, you are warmly invited to apply. As a Front Desk Assistant you are the trusted point of contact for the branch. You welcome customers at the desk, answer their questions by phone and email, and advise them on the most suitable storage unit. You also make sure requests and agreements are processed correctly in the administration. For this job you receive a salary between € 2,600 and € 2,900 gross per month based on a full-time contract.
What will you do as a Front Desk Assistant?
Handling requests by phone, email and walk-in customers
Advising customers on the best-fitting storage unit
Deciding independently on rates and any discounts
Carrying out administrative tasks
Spotting and fixing minor technical faults
Receiving and processing parcels

What we ask
A strong sense of responsibility
Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
What we offer
A salary between € 2,600 and € 2,900 gross per month based on 40 hours per week
A job of 12 to 18 hours per week
Working days and hours to be agreed between 08:30 and 15:00
24 holiday days on a full-time basis
