About the job
As a Facility Manager you are responsible for the management, reliability and further development of a large technical property portfolio of about 100,000 m², spread over several buildings and sites. You lead a team of technical specialists and make sure buildings, installations and facility services perform optimally in terms of safety, quality and continuity. You are employed directly by the client and receive a gross monthly salary between € 5,500 and € 7,915, in line with your knowledge and experience.
In this role you get plenty of room to start and deliver improvement initiatives, renovations and investment projects. You are responsible for both the operational and the strategic direction of the facility infrastructure.
What will you do?
Leading a team of Facility Engineers and technical specialists
Drawing up and carrying out a multi-year maintenance strategy
Starting and delivering technical improvement, renovation and expansion projects
Monitoring laws and regulations, compliance and certifications
Managing OPEX and CAPEX budgets within the facility organisation
Optimising the performance, reliability and future-proofing of buildings and installations

What we ask
Higher professional education (hbo) level of working and thinking, preferably in Facility Management, Architecture or Industrial Engineering and Management
At least 8 years of experience in facility management, property management or building-related technology
Experience leading technical teams and delivering improvement or investment projects
