Are you technically strong, good with numbers and quick to spot where something can be done smarter? As an Estimator Interior Fit-out, you make sure every bespoke project adds up both technically and financially. You earn between €3.000 and €4.000 gross per month. If you have a lot of experience and expertise, a salary above this scale is possible. Also interesting if you are currently a Work Planner Interior Fit-out and would like to move into estimating!
As an Estimator, you calculate what is needed to realise bespoke interiors. You study technical drawings, determine the materials and work required and turn them into an accurate cost price calculation. You do not simply copy what is on paper. Can a construction be done smarter? Can material be used more efficiently? Or do you see a solution that saves costs? Then you are given room to think along.
You will, among other things:
Make cost price calculations for bespoke interiors
Assess technical drawings
Calculate materials, quantities and work
Request and compare prices from suppliers
Think along about smart material choices and technical solutions
Work out calculations in Proteus

What we ask
You have experience in interior fit-out, for example as an Estimator, Work Planner or Interior Fitter
You can read architectural and technical drawings. Experience with Proteus is a plus
Command of the Dutch language
You are available 32 to 40 hours per week
What we offer
A full-time job of 37,5 hours per week
Directly on contract with the client
Salary between € 3.000,- and € 4.000,- gross per month depending on knowledge and experience
Working hours from 07:30 to 16:00
€ 0,23 travel allowance per km from 10 km
5 ADV days (working time reduction days) per year on a full-time contract
A lunch provided by the director every Thursday
24 holiday days on a full-time contract
Fun team activities such as a Christmas drinks and a summer construction holiday drinks
