Are you customer-focused, do you like switching between tasks and do you make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes? Then it all comes together in your role as Customer Service Employee.
For an innovative technical organisation in the Best region, we are looking for a Customer Service Employee who supports customers well and gets energy from a varied job. You join a close-knit team of 3 colleagues, where lines of communication are short and teamwork is central. You can expect a job of 24 or 32 hours per week, with Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday as fixed working days. You also receive a salary between € 3,000 and € 3,300 gross per month on a full-time basis, plus attractive employment benefits.
Your tasks include:
Processing and checking incoming orders
Working closely with Sales Support
Monitoring the progress of orders and deliveries
Informing customers about order statuses and delivery times
Keeping in contact with carriers, the warehouse, purchasing and other departments
Completing and processing missing order data

What we ask
Mbo level of working and thinking
Experience in a customer-focused or administrative role
Experience with order processing or ERP systems is a plus
Availability 3 to 4 days per week, including Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday as fixed working days
You speak Dutch and English
