Are you looking for a job as a Customer Service Employee where you don't sit at a desk all day? Then this role at a company specialised in packaging solutions is for you! You help customers, process orders, liaise with suppliers and carriers, and make sure orders are handled properly in the warehouse. You spend about 70% of your time in the office and 30% in the warehouse. An ideal combination for someone who enjoys customer contact and also wants to be hands-on. The salary is between €2,800 and €4,000 gross per month, depending on your experience.
Your tasks:
Processing and following up orders in Exact
Keeping in touch with customers, suppliers and carriers
Advising on products, stock and delivery times
Collecting, checking and preparing orders for shipping
Processing incoming goods and supporting stock management

Experience in a Customer Service role
Good command of Dutch and English
Experience with ERP systems, such as Exact

Salary of €2,800 to €4,000 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience
Full-time job of 40 hours per week
Working hours from 08:30 to 17:00

About the employer
Our client is a growing family business in the packaging industry and has been active in the market for more than 15 years. With a close team of 9 colleagues, there is an informal and committed atmosphere where everyone knows each other and the lines are short. Because of the small scale, every employee has an important role and your contribution is directly visible. In this role you join the Customer Service department, where you work closely with two direct colleagues and are jointly responsible for optimal service to customers.
