From a cashback promotion for a robot vacuum to a loyalty campaign for a well-known brand: as Campaign Project Coordinator you make sure every campaign runs smoothly behind the scenes. Every day you switch between questions from customers, consumers and colleagues, keep several campaigns running at the same time and make sure everything is arranged down to the last detail, both administratively and organisationally. You can count on a gross monthly salary between €2,750 and €3,100, a job of 32 to 40 hours per week and the prospect of a long-term working relationship.
Your tasks include:
Setting up campaigns administratively and supporting them from start to finish
Keeping customers informed about the progress of promotions and campaigns
Answering consumer questions about, for example, cashback promotions, loyalty programmes and offers
Monitoring campaign results and entering them in systems
Liaising with colleagues, customers and external parties to run campaigns successfully
In time, you will manage your own client portfolio and think along on new campaigns

What we ask
You are available for 32 to 40 hours per week
You are a strong communicator and customer-focused, with mbo-4 level of work and thinking
You have a good command of Dutch and English
What we offer
A salary between €2,750 and €3,100 gross per month based on 40 hours
