As an Assembly Worker, you work the day shift at a family business in Nuenen on quality products for truck and trailer manufacturing. You work in a calm and well-organised production environment, where quality matters more than speed. In a small, close-knit team you assemble and process cables and lighting following clear work instructions. You get a good induction period and guidance from experienced colleagues, so you can do your work with confidence. Working hours are between 07:00 and 16:00 and there is room to work 24 to 40 hours per week. Overtime is rare and is always paid properly. This employer offers above all stability, clarity and a pleasant place to work. You also receive a salary between € 2,684 and € 2,817 gross per month, 25 holiday days and 5 ADV days (additional days off) on a full-time basis.
Your tasks as an assembly worker:
Assembling cables and lighting parts into complete sets
Fastening and connecting parts following set procedures
Cutting and stripping cables to size so they are ready for assembly
Working to set instructions and drawings, with enough time and guidance
Carrying out quality checks, both by machine and by hand

A good salary between € 2,684 and € 2,817 gross per month

Travel allowance above 10 km one way at € 0.23 per km
Your salary in your account weekly or every 4 weeks
