Are you a Gardener and ready for more responsibility? You will look after your own locations around Nuenen and Eindhoven and make sure company gardens, owners' associations (VvE), apartment complexes and business parks look well kept all year round. You plan your own work and are in direct contact with managers and caretakers. You start independently and grow step by step into foreman, eventually leading a small team too. Every morning you start at the base with your colleagues, and then you head out on your own or with a regular colleague. You get a lot of freedom and trust to organise the work your own way. The salary is between € 2,700 and € 3,500 gross per month.
What will your responsibilities be?
Carrying out green maintenance at company gardens and apartment complexes
Pruning, mowing, hoeing and caring for plants
Working with the machines and tools you use every day as a maintenance gardener
Planning your own work at your regular locations
Keeping in contact with managers and caretakers
Spotting what is needed to keep locations tidy and presentable

What we ask
Experience with green maintenance work
Able to take responsibility for your own locations and a good communicator
Category B driving licence (a trailer licence is a plus)
What we offer
Salary between € 2,700 and € 3,500 gross per month on a full-time basis
25 holiday days
Employment terms in line with the collective labour agreement (cao)
Choice to have 40 hours paid out or save up 3 hours

About the employer
Our client is a gardening company in the Nuenen region active in garden maintenance, garden construction, tree care and garden design. Besides work for private customers, maintenance work for larger business locations keeps growing. Lines of communication are short and everyone knows each other. The working day starts together at the base and the team also comes together again at the end of the day. Activities are organised regularly, such as Friday afternoon drinks, outings and a barbecue. Colleagues work hard, help each other and are given a lot of trust to work independently.
